Prices for 2026, without Breakfast:

Breakfast - 10.00 EUR / 19.56 BGN aduilt, 7.00 EUR / 13.69 BGN child.
Accommodation of one child up to 5.99 years old, using an extra bed in the parents' room is free of charge.
Accommodation of one child between 6 and 11.99 years old, using an extra bed in the parents' room, is 10.00 EUR / 19.56 BGN.
Accommodation for 1 adult + 1 child 0-11.99 years on regular bed and 1 child 0-11.99 years on extra bed will be charged 2 regular beds.
Adult /12-99 years old/ using an extra bed will be charged per day 20.00 EUR / 39.12 BGN.
The prices for a Family room (3+1), a Suite (3+1) or a Studio (2+2) are a rental payment for the whole premises up to 4 guests.
All prices are in EUR, VAT incl. Tourist tax in the price.
Prices can alter and are confirmed at the time of booking. It is not valid for confirmed and prepaid reservations.

Booking policy:

Reservations are accepted written on the e-mail, viber or phone call.
To confirm a reservation 50% deposit is requested in cash, by bank /the taxes are paid by the customer/ or with a credit/debit card.
The surcharge is done during accommodation.

Cancellations and penalties:

If cancelled up to 14 days before the check-in date, no penalty will be charged.
If cancelled less than 14 days before the check-in date, or if you do not show up, a penalty of two nights will be charged.
If the stay of already booked reservations is shortened, no refunds will be made.
