- Breakfast - 18 leva aduilt, 12 leva child.
- Accommodation of one child up to 5.99 years old, using an extra bed in the parents' room is free of charge. Baby cot rent is 4.00 BGN per day.
- Accommodation of one child between 6 and 11.99 years old, using an extra bed in the parents' room, is 25.00 BGN.
- Children up to 11.99 years, using a regular bed in a double room have not discount.
- Accommodation for 1 adult + 1 child 0-11.99 years on regular bed and 1 child 0-11.99 years on extra bed will be charged 2 regular beds.
- Adult /12-99 years old/ using an extra bed will be charged per day 40.00 BGN.
- Two guests in a Single room will be charged on a double room rate basis.
- The prices for a Family room (3+1), a Suite (3+1) or a Studio (2+2) are a rental payment for the whole premises up to 4 guests.
- All prices are in BGN, VAT incl. Tourist tax in the price.
- Prices can alter and are confirmed at the time of booking. It is not valid for confirmed and prepaid reservations.
Booking policy:
- Reservations are accepted and confirmed written on the e-mail.
- To confirm a reservation, deposit for the first night is requested. The payment of the deposit could be done cash, by bank /the taxes are paid by the customer/ or with a credit/debit card.
- The surcharge of the basic survices is done at reception during accommodation.
Cancellations and penalties:
- Cancellations up to 30 calendar days prior to arrival penalties are not required. Paid are only bank charges.
- Cancellations from 14 to 29 calendar days prior to arrival penalties are required - the total sum for the first two nights. In all other cases will be charged 100% of the deposit.
- When shortening the stay for accommodated reservations, amounts are not recovered.
